What should I pay attention to when using touch buttons?

1. The LENS material on the touch button must be a non-conductive material, such as injection molded parts/PMM tempered glass, etc., and the thickness should be less than 5mm;

2. There should be no bubbles after the touch button is attached to the LENS, and the bubbles can be eliminated by a defoaming machine or a push-roll method;

3. When there are special requirements for the light intensity after the touch button and LENS are bonded, the two parties should communicate in the early stage of product design to evaluate the product transmittance of the touch button and the use of diffusion film material;

4. When there are special requirements for light blocking, light channeling, and side light leakage after the touch button is bonded to the LENS, the two parties should communicate with each other in the early stage of product design to evaluate the foam bonding method of the touch button;

5. The touch area of the touch button is recommended to be 10mm*10mm or more to ensure sensitive touch;

6. It is recommended to use 0.8mm~1mm for the wire spacing of the gold fingers. If 0.5mm is used, the printing process control requirements will be higher and the cost will increase;

7. The recommended silver wire width of PEDOT is 0.2mm~0.35mm, the lead spacing is recommended to be above 0.8mm, and the distance from the lead to the punching surface of the shape is recommended to be greater than 1mm. When designing the structure of the touch button, it is necessary to evaluate whether the structure can meet the wiring space requirements;

8. If the customer has used touch buttons from other homes to debug the solution, they should provide samples of touch buttons from other homes to our company to debug relevant signal sensitivity values to ensure consistent sensitivity values;
